We're currently recruiting for a Campaign & Trade Marketing Executive to join an established travel business in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys working across trade marketing, campaigns, content, CRM, media and events.

The Role:

• Owning the trade marketing calendar from brief through to launch, follow-up and reporting
• Managing campaigns with travel trade partners and consortia
• Developing campaign offers, copy, assets and communications
• Working closely with Sales and BDMs on campaigns and incentives
• Writing and editing engaging, publication-ready copy for EDMs, landing pages, digital assets and trade communications
• Coordinating campaign timelines, asset briefs, approvals and launches
• Managing and updating CRM activity, including lists, segmentation, workflows and reporting
• Maintaining an agent portal with current offers, resources and campaign information
• Supporting consumer, trade and online events with invitations, presentations, EDMs and promotional content
• Coordinating agreed trade and press media activity
• Supporting digital activity including PPC, paid social and affiliate marketing
• Monitoring campaign performance, engagement, bookings, conversion, spend and ROI
• Identifying opportunities to improve campaign processes and overall marketing effectiveness

About You

• Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns from brief through to execution and reporting
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Excellent project management and attention to detail
• Experience working with CRM, email marketing, CMS and reporting platforms
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of campaign performance and ROI
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders, campaigns and deadlines
• A practical, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work independently

What's on Offer

• $85k-$95k + super, depending on experience
