What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full sales journey for group travel programs - from initial travel conversations through to confirmed travel experiences
  • Building long-term relationships with organisations seeking tailored travel solutions
  • Designing customised travel programs aligned to client travel goals
  • Managing your travel pipeline effectively using CRM systems
  • Collaborating with internal travel teams to ensure seamless travel delivery and outstanding client travel experiences

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience within the travel industry (retail travel, corporate travel or group travel)
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building valuable travel relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail within a fast-paced travel environment
  • A growth mindset and genuine interest in stepping into a business development role within travel
  • Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven within a travel sales environment
