About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Team Leader to join our Brisbane CBD team full-time. This role combines hands-on reservations duties with the daily management of a knowledgable, high-performing team.

You'll play a key part in driving sales, supporting staff development, and ensuring our service continues to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a high performing reservations team in a sales-driven environment

• Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed sales targets

• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to team members

• Handle day-to-day reservations and booking tasks

• Ensure smooth and efficient operations through excellent time management and attention to detail

• Use Amadeus GDS confidently and efficiently (required)

You Will Need:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry (wholesale or retail)

• Amadeus GDS experience

• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Previous experience in team leadership or staff training (highly regarded)

• Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills

• A positive, professional attitude and a strong work ethic
