About the role -

In this role, you'll design personalized travel experiences, from booking flights and accommodations to crafting bespoke itineraries. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a love for discovering new destinations. Key Responsibilities -

• Assisting customers with their travel plans, and sharing your knowledge to get them excited!
• Ensuring a positive first impression and long-lasting relationship to retain business.
• Assisting clients the whole way through the process, from booking to departure date.

• Identify and establish relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• Using in house systems effectively to organise booking sales.
• Meeting key KPI's and sale targets.

Qualifications -

• High-level customer service skills. We are looking for people who have the ability to form relationships and empathise with clients.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a travel agent.
• Full-time salaried roles available.
• Must be competent on one or more GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo). Amadeus is preferred.
• Geographical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

The Package -

• $55K - $75K depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission scheme. Be rewarded for your efforts!

• Monday - Friday role.
