Are you an experienced travel industry professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to join a growing global travel company, managing key partnerships.
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, you'll build strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and deliver innovative strategies that drive real results.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing relationships with Key partners
- Developing strategies and negotiating competitive commercial agreements
- Overseeing contract implementation, supplier performance, and compliance
- Leading client meetings, site inspections, and account reviews
- Analysing market trends to deliver cost savings and improved client value
- Supporting a small team and collaborating across operations and sourcing teams
What we're looking for:
✔ At least 5 years' experience in the travel industry (airline, TMC, or hotel preferred)
✔ 3+ years in account management or a customer-facing commercial role
✔ Strong negotiation skills with proven success delivering savings and value
✔ Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
✔ A self-starter with commercial acumen and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
✔ Willingness to travel
