Tour Operations Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Travel Consultant who's ready to step away from front-line consulting and build a career in the operations behind group travel. If you've enjoyed creating memorable travel experiences for clients but are looking for a role that's more focused on planning, coordination and logistics, this could be the perfect next step in your career!

Working behind the scenes, you'll coordinate accommodation and tour logistics, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, and play a key role in ensuring every group booking runs seamlessly from initial planning through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pricing and itinerary enquiries while maintaining high-quality group tour experiences
• Assist with pricing and itinerary enquiries to help create memorable group travel experiences.
• Use your travel industry product knowledge to identify opportunities to improve tour planning and operational processes.
• Accurately manage information within internal systems to ensure seamless coordination across tours
• Provide support across a range of operational projects and day-to-day tasks
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve tour-related concerns before, during and after each tour

About You

• Previous experience within the travel industry, ideally across leisure travel, wholesale travel, or tour operations
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience using a GDS to create and manage travel bookings is advantageous
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and moving parts in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence liaising with suppliers, clients and internal teams
