The Opportunity:

- Motivate and Lead the branch to exceed sales targets, whilst offering exceptional customer service and growing the brands reputation
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention of staff
- Implement new, alternative and innovative ideas of achieving new business
- Assist in booking varied travel products and packages for clients
- Work within a lively, social, fun team environment


All about you:

- Have a willingness to do what it takes to create energy and sales
- Ideally have previous travel management experience
- Have the ability to motivate, lead, and inspire
- Have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Have a passion for all things travel
