THE ROLE:

- Assisting corporate clients with their travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, car hire, visa information and anything else they may require)
- Strengthening existing relationships while offering A-Grade service
- Tailor make travel itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
- Become an integral part of the team and ambassador for the company


EXPERIENCE:

- Experience working within the Travel Industry, either as a Retail or Corporate Consultant
- High attention to detail
- High levels of customer service
- Proficient in minimum of one GDS system (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus)
- Strong airfare knowledge
