My client is currently looking for an experience fine Dining Sous Chef to join their 6-star, 2 Hatted restaurant. Requirements to be successful

• Experience as a chef in a Fine dining / Hatted Restaurant
• Helped managed a team of chefs
• Responsible for ordering, menu production and Hiring
• Passionate about amazing food
• A sense of creativity for menu planning
• Personable, friendly, and well presented as you will interact with guests
• Experience with Farm to Fork
• Must have reliable transport (car)

The Package

• Salary $75,000 to $85,000 plus super + perks
