My client is currently looking for an experience fine Dining Sous Chef to join their 6-star, 2 Hatted restaurant. This is an opportunity of a lifetime to help lead a highly skilled team based in a beautiful, picturesque landscape where you will be able to deliver the highest standard of locally acquired produce to your guests. Requirements to be successful
- Experience as a chef in a Fine dining / Hatted Restaurant
- Helped managed a team of chefs
- Responsible for ordering, menu production and Hiring
- Passionate about amazing food
- A sense of creativity for menu planning
- Personable, friendly, and well presented as you will interact with guests
- Experience with Farm to Fork
- Must have reliable transport (car)
The Package
- Salary $75,000 to $85,000 plus super + perks
