We're looking for experienced, senior travel consultants with a strong cruise background to join a high-performing remote sales team. This role is designed for high achievers who know the cruise industry inside-out and are motivated to convert warm leads into unforgettable cruise holidays - and impressive earnings.

This is not a role for order-takers. It's for consultants who live and breathe cruise, understand the complexities of packaging, and have the drive to exceed ambitious targets.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Selling complex cruise and fly-cruise packages to engaged, qualified leads.
• Using your cruise expertise to tailor premium travel experiences.
• Smashing KPIs across conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Managing bookings with precision through GDS (Sabre highly regarded).
• Building loyal repeat customer relationships over phone and email.

To Be Considered, You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in travel or cruise sales, ideally in an inbound call centre environment.
• Extensive cruise product knowledge - from mainstream to luxury lines.
• Strong GDS skills (Sabre preferred).
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and thriving under pressure.
• Self-motivation and discipline to succeed in a remote, performance-driven team.
