The Revenue team has a responsibility for optimizing revenue performance of homeport ships deployed within Australia and Singapore, as well ensuring that both markets achieve their annual guest and revenue plan.

This role manages a small team of analysts and works with multiple internal stakeholders in our offices in Australia, Singapore and Miami. This is a strategic role; influential within the Australia and Singapore organization and visible within the Miami Revenue organization.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Annual Plan - assists with the development and execution of strategies to achieve the annual guest and revenue plan
*Pricing - develops strategic and tactical pricing strategies
*Inventory Management
*Planning & Forecasting
*Policies - assist with the development of core policies
*Operations - work with all parts of the organization to meet customer satisfaction and retention goals
*Revenue Reporting
*Competitor - monitor and respond to competitor deployment, pricing and promotions.
*Liaise with Miami
*Team - Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations for the revenue team.
*Perform other duties as required
*Travel within Australia and Singapore may be required.


FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Responsibility for delivering the annual guest and revenue plan
*Provide input to Annual Operating Plan (AOP)


QUALIFICATIONS:

*Bachelors degree in business or finance related topic
*5 years in an analytical or commercial role
*Experience gained within the travel industry is preferred
*Proven experience in leading a team


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

*Commercial vision and a highly analytical approach.
*Highly developed strategic and business analysis skills and effective decision making.
*Highly numerate. Able to work with mathematical concepts i.e. probability, percentages, ratios, etc.
*Proven experience using analytical or business intelligence tools (i.e. Brio / Hyperion )
*MS Excel to intermediate or advanced level.
*Ability to lead a team and effectively manage resources to deliver against deadlines.
*Strong personal organisation required & ability to work to deadlines
*Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, as well as externally.
*An ability to demonstrate sound judgment and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.
