JOB DESCRIPTION;

Some of the duties but not limited to:

** Layout and production of travel brochures
** Ensure that the first proof for the printer is as accurate as possible
** Produce advertisements and promotional flyers from briefs provided by the Marketing Department, in accordance with style guides
** Produce signage, display and large format artwork for events and expos
** Design artwork for web, online and print across all business units utilising online design tools
** Initial proofing of graphic elements (object alignment, bleed, safe margins, colour correction, linked image resolution, total ink coverage, etc., when relevant)
** Creation of maps and other illustrations in Illustrator;
** Managing the Graphic Designer to ensure timely delivery of tasks



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


·Experience as a Senior/Lead graphic designer (OR a Graphic Designer but have some experience in people management)
·Portfolio of completed design projects (this will be asked in Interview stages)
·Strong understanding of digital design- icons, buttons, landing pages, EDMs, microsites etc
·Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Acrobat and Microsoft Office
·Proven experience with online design tools such as HTML 5, CSS3
