Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings, delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and converting prospects into loyal customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through phone, email and follow-up communications.
- Confidently educate customers on products, destinations, promotional offers and travel packages, matching the right holiday experience to their needs.
- Provide accurate, timely and high-quality information while effectively overcoming objections and resolving customer enquiries.
- Develop long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide support with overflow outbound sales activity as required
About You:
- Minimum 2 years experience within the travel industry, ideally within leisure, retail or wholesale reservations travel environments.
- Strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets, convert enquiries into bookings and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, with a demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Previous experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo)
