About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Specialist (2-3 days per week). This role is perfect for someone who loves travel, thrives behind the scenes, and is ready to help craft unforgettable experiences for clients across the globe.

🗓 Availability:

• 2-3 days per week (with flexibility, if you need to start late or finish early)

• One day in-office (non-retail office), near Chadstone

• Other days work-from-home

• Potential to transition into a permanent part-time role if it's a great match!

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in planning and building incredible, tailor-made itineraries

• Support key administrative and documentation tasks

• Bonus points if you've got social media marketing skills to help boost our digital presence!

🧭 Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in the travel industry, particularly with global travel (Africa experience = extra gold stars ⭐)

• If you are currently studying travel or are looking to break into the industry, this role is also for you!

• Familiarity with Sabre and VTO Ultimate is a plus, but not a dealbreaker

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and a great communicator

📍 Further details:

• Chadstone Shopping Centre - easy access, great vibe, and we're not inside the retail area!

• $30.13p/h + super to start off with as a casual. If you go permanent part-time, salary can be discussed further.
