THE ROLE:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Focusing on the initial client interaction & being the voice of the brand.
*We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales in an outbound environment.
*You will be a part of this growing Travel Company with global offices and due to their strong industry partnerships & recent achievements, they are on track to a VERY strong future growth plan.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*Solid contact centre sales experience (outbound & cold-calling) / OR Business Development experience
*You will demonstrate your understanding of your own sales process upon interview.
*The person we are looking for is KPI driven, sales hungry with good work ethics.
*Personality wise you will be an approachable, talkative & engaging sales professional.


THE PACKAGE:

- You will be offered a generous base salary of $55k - $60k + progressive commission structure which builds year on year + Super

- No shift work - only Monday - Friday business hours
- Work with similarly minded energetic and driven colleagues in a casual, collaborative work environment.
- Travel opportunities & extensive training and mentoring
