JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Processing Travel Reservations for F.I.T, group bookings, Agents and Staff.
• Preparing and issuing travel documents
• Liaising with Suppliers and Travel partners
• Managing sales and inventory
• Work in a Team environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Travel industry experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High Attention to detail and ability to and produce work with a high level of accuracy
• Effective time management skills and Ability to multitasking
• Be professional, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team
• Strong customer service and administration skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and a can-do attitude
• Ability to thrive under pressure
