The role:

* Process a high volume of airfare bookings
* Provide accurate quotes for holiday packages
* Manage group airline allocations
* Responsible for flight amendments, ticketing, cancellations, reissues
* Correspondence with customers via email and phone

Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in a fares and ticketing role OR retail travel consultant with strong airfares knowledge
* Strong GDS experience
* In-depth knowledge of airfares including routing, ticketing and reissues
* Strong communication skills
* Experience with round-the-world fares
