The Role

You'll be responsible for leading national service centre operations across multiple states. Your mission? To energise and empower teams, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional service across a thriving B2B travel network.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing team leaders and consultants to exceed KPIs and revenue targets
• Creating a sales-first culture where upselling and margin growth thrive
• Overseeing recruitment, training, rosters, and resource planning
• Tracking and reporting revenue metrics with actionable insights
• Ensuring agent satisfaction through service excellence and supplier liaison
• Promoting preferred products through team education and famils
• Supporting daily operations and resolving escalations with a calm, strategic mindset

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a people-first leader with:

• Demonstrated experience managing large, diverse teams in the travel industry
• Previous leadership in service centre or operational travel environments
• Strong relationship-building skills at all levels, including executive stakeholders
• A hands-on approach to coaching, motivating and developing teams
• Exceptional analytical and reporting capabilities
• A proactive mindset and passion for customer experience
• Travel industry experience is essential
