Luxury Travel Consultant | Remote

Are you an experienced Travel Consultant with a proven track record of creating exceptional luxury travel experiences and exceeding sales targets?

We are seeking a highly motivated travel professional to join a growing luxury travel business in a fully remote position. Due to the specialist nature of this role, we are only considering candidates with extensive leisure travel consulting experience who can confidently hit the ground running from day one.

This is not a role for someone looking to learn luxury travel. We need an experienced consultant who understands premium clientele, knows how to create seamless tailor-made itineraries, and can convert enquiries into sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing bespoke luxury travel itineraries across Australia and around the world
• Managing enquiries from initial consultation through to booking and post-sale service
• Creating personalised travel experiences incorporating premium accommodation, airfares, touring, cruises and unique experiences
• Building strong client relationships and generating repeat business
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Delivering exceptional service to a discerning client base

What We're Looking For

• Extensive leisure travel consulting experience is essential - 5 plus years
• Luxury travel experience highly regarded
• Proven ability to create complex domestic and international itineraries
• Strong sales performance with a history of meeting and exceeding targets
• Excellent destination and product knowledge
• Experience using a GDS and booking airfares
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Monday to Friday hours
• Competitive salary package based on experience or circa $75 - 85k + Super
