We are seeking a highly organised and well-travelled Luxury Cruise & Travel Packaging Specialist to join our Product team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and maintaining premium cruise and land holiday packages, combining cruises, rail journeys, touring, accommodation, flights, transfers, insurance, and exclusive travel experiences into seamless, market-ready itineraries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create and maintain premium cruise and travel packages across domestic and international destinations.
• Develop innovative holiday concepts in collaboration with the Senior Product Manager.
• Cost, price, and manage package inclusions and terms.
• Load and maintain product content across booking platforms and websites.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, website content, and product communications.
• Monitor travel trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
• Support Reservations, Sales, and Customer Service teams with product and destination expertise.
• Build strong relationships with cruise lines, wholesalers, and travel partners.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience in travel product, cruise product, travel packaging, or frontline cruise sales.
• Strong knowledge of cruise products, destinations, and travel suppliers.
• Experience creating and costing travel packages.
• Understanding of airfare construction and travel pricing principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Personal travel experience and a passion for premium and luxury travel will be highly regarded.
