Full time and Part time Leisure Travel Consultant roles available! Three separate roles available!

The perfect candidate will have passion for the Travel and Tourism industry and is willing to go the extra mile for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget.
• Booking Arrangements: Make reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and other travel services.
• Destination Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements, and safety advisories for various destinations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the travel planning process and during clients' trips.
• Sales and Promotion: Promote travel packages, special deals, and loyalty programs to expand our clientele.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and build strong client relationships.
• Attention to Detail: Organised and meticulous when planning travel arrangements.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with travel booking systems, airline policies, and hotel options.
• Sales Acumen: Comfortable with sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell travel services.
• Experience: 1+ years' experience minimum required. The more experience, the better!

The Package:

• Monday to Friday - no more weekends!
• 60K - 80K + Super.
• Full time and Part time opportunities available.
• Potential for WFH Hybrid arrangement.
