We're looking for an enthusiastic, switched-on and highly organised travel professional to become an integral part of a busy sales team.

You'll work closely with travel advisors and industry partners, coordinate exciting sales initiatives and provide the support that keeps the wider team running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Providing essential administrative and operational support to the wider sales team.
• Building relationships with travel advisors and assisting with portal setup, enquiries and ongoing support.
• Managing incoming trade enquiries and ensuring everything is followed up.
• Maintaining travel advisor databases and keeping information up to date.
• Coordinating brochure distribution, sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Creating and updating professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Supporting exciting sales projects, events, initiatives and training sessions.
• Assisting with travel advisor incentive programs and other sales activities.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in travel sales support, administration, coordination or customer service.
• A background in the travel industry is highly regarded.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving.
• A positive, can-do attitude with the initiative to work independently.
• A flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• A current driver's licence.
