JOB DESCRIPTION:

To service all guests and corporate clients and in the aim to maximise occupancy and revenue. You will be in charge of all reservations via phone/email/online booking engine and processing of payments.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Minimum 2 years experience in hotel/serviced apartment reservations
* Confident communicator with professional customer service focus
* Strong team player
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to to build strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients


THE PACKAGE:
