I am looking for an experienced head chef who is able to work well in a fast pace kitchen. This permanent position will allow you to grow within the company, with endless opportunities . Your day to day will involve making a wide range of meals from bistro food to fine dining.

Your main responsibilities involve;

• Lead the team and develop menus
• Ensuring meals are of a high quality
• Meal Preparation
• Ability to work independently and to strict time frames
• Have worked as a head chef previously

Minimum requirements to be successful;

• Experience in a fast pace kitchen
• Cert III in Commercial Cookery
• Ability to work hospitality hours
• Work a part of a team and alone
• Capacity to work under pressure
• Have previousy worked as a head Chef
