We're recruiting a Special Groups Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end group travel bookings of ten or more passengers. This role is all about sourcing, quoting, converting, and servicing group itineraries through trusted partners, with ownership, autonomy, and variety at the core.

🌍 About the Role

As a Special Groups Travel Consultant, you'll take full ownership of group files from initial enquiry through to travel completion. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations, while maintaining accountability for pricing, margins, and delivery.

This is a hands-on, commercially aware role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, building strong agent relationships, and converting enquiries into confirmed group business.

Hybrid working is offered, with office days in Sydney CBD

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Special Group bookings of 10+ passengers
• Source, quote, convert, and service group travel itineraries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and partners
• Chase leads, follow up enquiries, and proactively convert business
• Manage pricing, margins, and commercial outcomes
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and smooth delivery across all group files
• Provide polished, professional service at every stage of the booking journey

✈️ About You

• Travel industry experience, ideally 3+ years
• Confident quoting and managing group or tailor-made itineraries
• Proactive seller who enjoys relationship building and conversion
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercially aware and comfortable handling pricing and margins
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage multiple group files simultaneously and independently
