Are you an experienced travel professional who thrives on creating seamless, high-value travel experiences for groups? We're looking for a Groups Specialist to join a well-established tour operator and take ownership of their Groups portfolio.

In this role, you'll manage group journeys of ten or more passengers from start to finish -sourcing, quoting, converting and servicing group itineraries through trade partners.

What You'll Do:

• Manage Special Groups bookings end-to-end, from initial enquiry through to final documentation
• Create tailored group itineraries and confidently quote, price and work with margins
• Build strong relationships with travel agents, proactively follow up leads and convert enquiries
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product and Operations teams while driving the group workflow
• Deliver exceptional service and represent the brand professionally at all times

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2+ years of travel industry experience, ideally with exposure to groups or tailor-made itineraries
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple group files simultaneously
• A proactive seller who enjoys engaging with trade partners and converting business
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and a genuine service mindset
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing, margins and itinerary design
