This is a varied role requiring a high level of attention to detail for preparing, managing, reconciling payments from suppliers and customers as well as streamlining internal policies and procedures.
Please note that experience working with Tramada is vital to be successful for this role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
*Provide a source of financial expertise and technical support ensuring there is a high level of internal control
*Ensure the successful undertaking of payroll for staff
*Local cash management including petty cash control and handling of sales receipts
*Streamline internal financial policies and procedures
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Previous experience as a Financial Manager, preferably within the Travel Industry
* Experience using Tramada software vital
* Sound knowledge of financial accounting and internal control
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Well-organized, self-motivated and attentive to details
* Good interpersonal & communication skills
