What You'll Be Doing

• Manage complex travel arrangements for VIP and high-profile clients.
• Build multi-leg, international itineraries tailored to individual client preferences.
• Handle all bookings, ticketing, changes, and reissues across air, rail, hotel and ancillary services.
• Resolve client queries and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives.
• Accompany clients on tour or productions if required.

About You

• 4+ years of travel consulting experience, ideally within entertainment or high-demand sectors.
• Strong knowledge of airfares, GDS systems (Travelport preferred), ticketing and reissues.
• Experience managing VIP or entertainment clients-film, music, theatre, media or touring.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
