We're on the lookout for an organised and proactive Entertainment Travel Consultant to join the team! Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Coordination: Plan and manage all travel logistics for entertainment clients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for attendees and staff.
• Entertainment Logistics Management: Collaborate with the planning team to ensure travel aligns with schedules and objectives.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries from event participants, providing timely and effective support.
• Problem Solving: Address any travel issues that arise promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the event.

Qualifications:

• Experience in travel management, event planning, entertainment industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and software.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
