Are you a proven sales hunter who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and securing high-value enterprise partnerships?

We're looking for an ambitious Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Australia and New Zealand. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on identifying opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and securing long-term commercial partnerships with large enterprise organisations.

Working with a recognised consumer engagement and loyalty platform, you'll help organisations strengthen customer, member, and employee engagement through innovative rewards, loyalty, and digital engagement solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, target, and win new enterprise clients across Australia and New Zealand
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Engage with senior decision-makers including CEOs, HR leaders, Marketing Executives, Membership Directors, and Commercial Leaders
  • Lead consultative sales conversations and develop tailored commercial solutions
  • Negotiate and secure complex multi-year partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals and commercial outcomes
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in enterprise business development, strategic partnerships, or solution-based sales
  • 5+ years' experience delivering enterprise sales outcomes across loyalty, rewards, customer engagement, membership, employee benefits, SaaS, or digital platform solutions
  • Strong track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through to contract execution
  • Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders within large organisations
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Commercially astute, resilient, and motivated by securing new logo partnerships
  • A proactive hunter mentality with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving growth
