Our client is seeking a Customer Service Superstar for their office based in Sydney CBD! The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background preferably in a call centre environment. You will need to be able to show empathy to clients, be a good listener and excel at problem solving.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Answer roughly 30+ calls per day - this is a fast paced role
* Show empathy and listen to the needs of clients
* Use your excellent problem solving skills on a daily basis

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* A sound background in a customer service environment
* Exceptional problem solving skills
* Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment

THE PACKAGE:

The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of $45-47k + Super + benefits to working in the travel industry.
