DUTIES

- Monitor and analyse the cruise market
- Finding trends and implementing strategic changes
- Promoting cruise products
- Outgoing call to clients
- Hold group training sessions to educate staff on products and how increase to the percentage of closing a deal on the spot.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Highlight the ability to identify and act on up selling opportunities

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Ideally have at least 12 months travel industry experience within an office or retail based environment
- Great sales experience
- Superb cruise product knowledge
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Friendly telephone manner
- GDS experience - either Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo
- High attention to detail

PACKAGE:

$43-47k + Super + Commission
