Job Title: Cruise Admin Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cruise Admin Coordinator to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and successful cruise operations. You will work closely with a number of teams managing documentation, and supporting operational communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Compliance.
- Communication & Coordination.
- Operational Support.
- Event Coordination.
- Pre-Voyage Support.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in operations, compliance, or a similar role, ideally in the travel industry.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable with tools such as Salesforce and MSOffice
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented: A proactive problem solver with a passion for ensuring operational excellence.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively across cultures and backgrounds.
