JOB POSITION
As Corporate Travel Consultant you will be responsible in providing travel solutions to Corporate VIP clients.
Role available:
- Corporate Travel Consultant
- After Hours day role 1200 - 1930 shifts
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fully servicing all enquiries, requests, bookings & ticketing at a VIP standard.
- Report, investigate and resolve errors and/or client complaints.
- Communicate effectively within the team, including thorough proactive documentation.
- Ensure PNR entries in GDS are correctly completed.
- Ticket all bookings as necessary.
- Develop, maintain, and nurture client relationships at the highest standard.
- Ability to negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A successful candidate for this Corporate Travel Consultant role will require:
- Experience within the Travel Industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, ticket exchanges, reissues and/or hotel reservations.
- Excellent of GDS experience - Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre.
- Previous Corporate or Group Travel Consultancy experience highly desirable.
- Organised and able to work independently.
THE PACKAGE
- Permanent full time 37.5 hours per week in a Hybrid environment
- Competitive 65K - 75K + super package + benefits
- Hybrid model
- Flexible hours
- Late start
