JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Be able to work autonomously and simultaneously across all 3 x GDS systems and capable of issuing tickets in emergency situations.
• Ability to manage your time effectively to provide an efficient & professional service to corporate clients in a high-pressure environment
• Use excellent customer service skills
• Work on a 24hr rotating roster and adhere to all Assist processes and policies

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Corporate travel experience preferred
• Ability to work in a flexible environment on a 24-hour, 365 day roster
• Ability to interpret and calculate fares, change fees, additional collections with a high degree of accuracy
• GDS experience - Sabre essential
• High level of customer service
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpretive abilities

• Excellent salary of $70k + super pro rata
