We are currently searching for a Leisure Consultant wanting to step away from F2F & join a well known travel company located in Brisbane CBD.
With no face to face consulting & only dealing with warm clients which consists of different corporate accounts; there is no new business development nor cut throat sales. If you are an experienced leisure travel consultant with a MIN 2.5 years (negotiate) and a keen interest in dealing with corporate clients then this could be the role for you.


DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working in a fast pace, supportive team environment booking leisure holidays of my clients corporate accounts! This is a chance to diversify in your travel career should you be keen to grow your skills.

Your main areas of responsibility will include working on a variety of new and existing key accounts, providing the highest levels of service for clients servicing their corporate leisure travel requests.



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate will come from a previous travel background and will ideally have an existing knowledge of a GDS systems (in order to hit the ground running in the role as quickly as possible).

This role is "hands-on", leading by example dealing with reservations from start to finish including international flights, hotels, conference rooms, rail, passports, visas and all other travel requirements.

Candidates should be a team player with the drive to succeed.

Your main areas of responsibility will include:

- Delivering corporate leisure travel needs through a CRS and the very latest travel technology
- Ensuring viable travel solutions for even the most cost-conscious traveller
- Delivering suitable travel options from the initial enquiry stage to accommodate the most complex travel itineraries
- Dealing with all client enquiries from domestic to worldwide trips
- Ability to construct itineraries in the most cost-effective way by utilising nets, published and other options.
- Issue tickets and read fare rules for amendments and refunds.
