JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Responsibility for contracting, negotiations & developing product range
* Managing and maintaining supplier relationships
* Working closely with the product team and develop staff for improved performance
* Assist with the set up, maintenance and management of rates and products
* Work closely with the marketing team, managing add fee advertising budgets &
reviewing performance against agreed targets
* Work closely with Product Director to deliver deal pipeline for other channels
* Working with management to deliver key product information to load and
support teams as well as retail consultants

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Product Contracting and negotiating across cruise/air/land
* Experience as a Product Manager in the travel or tourism industry
* Excellent Presentation and communication skills
* Strategic planning, great analytic ability and negotiation skills
* Relationship management with suppliers and internal staff
* Strong leadership and management skills


The Package:
$55 000 - $65 000 p.a. + super + travel perks!
