We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as a Business Development Manager. This role is focused on driving new business initiatives within a vibrant network. The ideal candidate will excel at cultivating relationships and implementing strategies to create sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain multi-level relationships within the industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation efforts.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Understand market trends and competitive offerings.
  • Present products and services effectively to maximise engagement and profitability.
  • Negotiate agreements to optimise outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a business development role preferably within the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
