My client is currently recruiting for an administrative assistant, working closely with multiple business units. High levels of attention to detail is required, as you will be working alongside the accounting, reservations and marketing team. Prior experience within the travel industry is necessary.

The role:
* Weekly reporting
* Bank Reconciliations
* Loading rates into Tourplan
* Air ticket payments
* Updating supplier terms
* Archiving
* Adhoc duties

Requirements:
* 1 years' experience within the travel industry minimum
* Accounting background highly regarded
* Must be confident with Excel
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
* High levels of organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience with TourPlan highly regarded
