My client is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader for their office based in the central Sydney area!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Lead and manage a team of up to 5 accounts professionals
- Record and maintain Accounts Payable Ledger
- Process payments including electronic bank transfers, credit card and foreign currency payments in accordance with suppliers' payment terms and maintain the corresponding reconciliations
- Process credit facility applications and manage payment terms with suppliers in accordance with company policies
- Reconcile and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner in accordance with company procedures

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Ideally have at least 2 years experience in an accounts management/supervisor position
- A background in the travel industry is preferred
- Outstanding communication skills

THE PACKAGE:

The successful candidate can expect a very competitive base salary of $60k - $70k + super.
