My clients a Ski Specialist based in Brisbane, they are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant wanting to step into Account Management (this role requires a strong focus on building relationships). You must have a genuine passion for winter sports with firsthand experience and knowledge of Ski destinations worldwide.

Duties:

- Focusing on client relationships & being the voice of the brand
- Processing quotes for international and domestic product; including flights, ski, tours
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts
- Deliver superb customer service with a positive attitude
- Confident consulting across all platforms, including online and over the phone
- Working with detailed itineraries for ALL ski/snowboard destinations
- Work towards sales targets and incentives

Experience Required:

- Confidence in consulting across all platforms
- Ability to work in a professional environment
- Must have a good understanding of snow/ski packages
- Previous experience booking Groups (i.e. sporting/educational/family) is highly desirable
- Must have superb attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Looking for someone who can think outside the box

Package:

Within your first year $60k OTE!
Only required to work 1x SAT per month !
