Do you have cruise product knowledge and travel sales experience? Do you have experience working towards sales targets? Our client is seeking an experienced Wholesale Cruise Consultant to join their busy call centre team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Tailor make cruise itineraries for clients (including pre and post accommodation, flights, transfers and activities)
- Convert client enquiries into sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Ideally have at least one year travel industry experience
- Must have excellent cruise product and system knowledge
- Outstanding customer service skills and phone manner
- Experience using a GDS (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo) is highly desirable

THE PACKAGE:

The successful candidate can expect a very competitive base salary of $50k - $55k + super + bonuses (dependent on experience).
