Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving daily performance targets, motivating the team, and driving sales growth. This hybrid role offers flexibility between office and remote work, providing variety in your workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Create and refine effective sales strategies, setting ambitious targets.
  • Regularly analyse sales figures (daily, weekly, and monthly) to identify trends and opportunities.

Team Leadership and Communication:

  • Deliver clear and impactful messages to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Attend daily update meetings with the Head of Sales and proactively apply strategic adjustments as needed.

Performance Evaluation and Coaching:

  • Continuously assess individual and team performance.
  • Provide coaching and support to help team members achieve company KPIs.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure that all team members are proficient in using relevant systems.
  • Monitor attendance and address any concerns promptly.

Product Knowledge and Customer Service:

  • Stay informed about all products offered to our clients.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service to enhance the overall customer journey.

Collaboration and Growth:

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales Australasia to drive office success and contribute to overall growth.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
