About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced wholesale travel agent who is looking for an exciting new career opportunity. Individuals located outside Brisbane CBD may be able to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with travel arrangements.
• Identify and establish relationships with travel suppliers for land packages.
• Using in house systems effectively to organise booking sales.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience with consulting/FIT travel planning.
• High level of customer service skills required.
• Passion for travel and sharing your knowledge and experiences with others.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent computer and technological skills.
• Highly organized and motivated.

The Package:

• $60K-$65K p.a. + super. Full-time salaried roles available.
• Potential to work from home depending on your location.
• Great opportunity for development within the company.
• Monday - Friday 8am-6pm shifts, with one Saturday required every 4-6 weeks.
