Working in outbound sales & looking to step up into a leadership role? You will be representing a well-known international company, who is a well know Travel industry leader.

On Target Earning to $160-$180k achievable in first year!

If you are a high achieving salesperson in outbound sales and can sell ice to Eskimos who is considering a step up into a leadership role come join the Travel Industry as a Sales Leader.

Business is booming, unheard of Commission is being paid out to the sales team. You will be a part of this growing Travel Company with global offices and due to their strong industry partnerships & recent achievements, they are on track to a VERY strong future growth plan.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead and mentor a dynamic group of Outbound Consultants, driving sales to maximize lead conversions.
  • Provided Personalized coaching and training for each Consultant to optimize their sales performance.
  • Offer resources and provide daily support to the sales team.
  • Design and execute training programs to address sales requirements.
  • Regularly review and refine training policies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews to track progress and identify areas for growth for induvial consultants and the team.
  • Evaluate and track the skill sets and progress of consultants, offering constructive feedback.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience working as a Sales Team Leader or coach is a plus!
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in an outbound sales environment.
  • An in depth understanding of sales processes.
  • KPI driven, sales hungry with good work ethics.
  • Be highly motivated and driven
  • Approachable, talkative & engaging sales professional.
  • Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
  • Be professional, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team


THE PACKAGE:

  • Generous Package. $75K + commission + super
