You will be answering and responding to incoming calls and emails from customers and supporting the events team with tasks such as venue/accommodation sourcing, arranging transport and working towards budgets.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate over the phone, emails and online about a variety of worldwide destinations/sporting/ travel events
- Deal with a variety of clients - including leisure, corporate, sporting and
groups
- Maintain, develop and execute successful client relationships across events
global travel and sports packages to a variety of clients
- Work towards KPI's to earn fantastic incentives and travel perks
- Liaising with a small and knowledgeable team and deliver exceptional VIP service

Experience:

- Exceptional customer service at all times - articulate, bubbly and professional
- Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to new, dynamic and busy environment
- Proven sales ability, having previously worked towards KPI's
- Passion for all aspects of travel, sports and events - domestic and
international
- Must be ambitions, driven and motivated
- Confident working online and over the phone
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- Able to maintain, develop and execute successful client relationships
