All Aboard! Cruise into your new career! Do you have good cruise product knowledge and travel sales experience? Have you previously worked to travel sales targets? If this sounds like you, please read on. This fantastic Cruise Company is looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant to join their busy team in Sydney's Upper North Shore.

This reputable travel provider are looking to recruit an experienced Cruise Consultant for their new office. This is an excellent opportunity not to be missed!

DUTIES:

- Answering calls from nationwide customers and consult face to face
- Tailor make cruise itineraries
- Convert enquiries to sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Taking enquires over the phone and via e-mail for a variety of cruise itineraries
- Cruise itineraries will vary from European, to Worldwide, so no two enquires the same!
- Offering a friendly informative service, putting together the cruise itineraries
- Ability to identify and act on up selling opportunities

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Ideally have at least two years travel industry experience
- Must have excellent cruise product knowledge
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Friendly telephone manner
- GDS, Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo

THE PACKAGE:

The successful candidate can expect a very competitive basic salary depending on experience from $50-75k + super. This is a hugely competitive salary and a company who offer great flexibility in working hours.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
