ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

You will be a sales gun, whether you have worked in an outbound or inbound sales environment - you will bring your knowledge of sales & learn the rest on the job!

The office is a warm, dynamic & buzzing environment where everyone has the same goal in mind coming into work & achieving fantastic results at the end of the day!

Full industry training will be provided to the right person. As a Relationships & Sales Manager, you will be managing your own day to day & how your desk runs. You will have the opportunity to work closely with 12 others to bounce off.
This is not a role where you will sit with nothing to do, your proactive mentality, follow up skills & confidence is what will drive you to success in this role.


EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Working for a very successful Organisation with worldwide offices having years of proven success in what they do and a TOP agency within their realm of travel.

Because you will be managing the accounts for high profile professionals in a B2B environment, the organisation is looking for someone around 2-4 years experience in sales, ideally having spoken with corporate decision makers for the likes of CEO's, VP, Executive board members OR Educators etc.

Because of their business model, they have extremely low staff turnover & very high success rate in their performance through a nurturing environment.


You will be predominately based out of the office environment where you will be handling accounts over the phone and via email. You will attend some business meetings every now and again so a well presented nature & articulation in speech is important in this role.

THE SALARY:

You will be offered a generous base salary of $55k-$60k + super (negotiable) depending on experience including a lucrative & progressive (year on year) commission structure where you can see yourself earn over six figures.
