JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Creating bespoke and luxury travel itineraries for all sorts of clientele
* Be the client's immediate point of contact from the start of the booking to the end
* Ensure fantastic customer service is given at all times, going the extra mile
* Monday to Friday with some Saturday shifts pro-rata
* Must be passionate about travel and travel a little yourself
* Must be confident, exceptional at customer service and providing the right experience
Experience Required:
* At least 2 years' experience in a call centre sales role in a B2C environment
* Proven ability to exceed targets
* Positive, confident and proactive worker
* Sound communication and interpersonal skills
* Existing knowledge of a GDS system preferably Sabre
