Exciting opportunity for anyone with a background or passion for the Travel Industry who is looking for a permanent part time position of 2-3 days per week. The days and hours are flexible depending on your preference as the client is all about offering a positive work-life balance.

You will be the Personal Assistant for a Senior Travel Consultant, assisting them with their day to day duties, finalising and taking care of the admin side of bookings, taking calls and arranging meetings with clients, sending confirmations and much more. While completing these duties you will also learn how the business operates from the ground up which could lead to future opportunities.

Ideally you will have experience working within the Travel Industry in the past and this would be a great opportunity for someone who has been out of the industry for some time and is wanting to get back into a role with flexible hours that will work for them.


JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Assist in admin duties
*Send confirmation emails
*Prepare travel documents for clients
*Take calls and arrange meetings
*Any of duties required to assist the Senior Travel Consultant


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Prior experience within the Travel Industry
*Background in a similar admin based position favourable
*A great attitude and high customer service skills
*High attention to detail
*Well presented
